Her expertise is in successfully identifying an organization’s requirements, deficiencies and potential opportunities, in order to develop innovative business solutions to foster reliability and functionality of employees and customers.
Ganga is a visiting lecturer of CIPM (Charted Institute of Personnel Management) Sri Lanka.
She is a solutions-focused, team oriented senior expert with broad-based experience and hands-on skills on management.
Ganga is a result oriented Manager with management experience with people, customers, technology, projects and business. She has worked with industry leaders such as DFCC Group, Eureka and Informatics.
She was a free-lance journalist and contributed with her writings to “Bankers Journal” and “Pariganaka” magazine“. “Thani Tharuwa” is a poetry book published by Ganga which highlights her creativity.
